For many years, Alexander’s work has focused on patient pathways to the right diagnosis. With over 23 years of experience in medical affairs, he has held senior positions at Novartis, Pfizer, GSK, and AOP Orphan, where he worked with global medical affairs teams to advance clinical trials and collaborated closely with key opinion leaders and health authorities.
As a former medical reviewer at EMA Scientific Advice, long-standing Medical Director, and board member of the Society for Pharmacological Medicine in Austria, Alexander has extensive regulatory and medical expertise. He uses this expertise to combine evidence-based medicine, complex data, and the practical realities of healthcare in a targeted manner and to further develop care pathways.
