Agility meets rap, rock and reflection – in the middle of the DREHM office!
As part of Nicole Thurn’s “13 Super Skills” book tour, we opened the stage for one evening for the super skill “R(E)volutionary Agility” – with everything that goes with it: beats, discussions and personal insights.
🎶 Nicole and Mario – or rather MC Skill & MC 360Agile – kicked things off with a specially written AI rap that musically summarizes Nicole’s book.
The performance was crowned by professional moves (a la MC Hammer 😄).
🎸 Then a classic was reinterpreted:
“Friday I’m in love” became ‘Each day, I’m in flow’ – a hymn to self-determined work and true creative freedom. Because when you’re in the flow, you don’t have to wait for Friday.
Then it was time to get down to business:
Sandra, Stefanie, Stefan and Mario openly shared their views and experiences on what lived agility looks like at DREHM – and what it is not.
With clever questions, exciting perspectives from the guests and a courageous story of Nicole’s sailing adventure, it was an inspiring evening that we will remember for a long time to come.
