… Seminar Manager Zoé Lesser.
Zoé is not only our youngest team member at DREHM, but also a real all-rounder. She has been part of the team since 2023 – starting in Quality Management and now also working as Seminar Manager for DREHM Communication & Innovation. At the same time, she is studying business law at WU. 🎓
Zoé usually works from home. The first thing she does when she gets up is, of course, grab a cup of coffee ☕ before booting up her laptop at 08:00. Her to-do list looks different every day: In addition to supporting QM tasks, she has recently been busy with one thing in particular – seminar organization!
Together with Ines, she forms the AkaDREHMie team, which takes care of the communication and planning of our seminars at DCI. Here she can combine her sense of organization with her love of creative project development. 💡❤️
After lunch, she is already on her way to university. After the lectures and – if her head is still in it – a study session in the BIB, she is back home at around 20:00. She then relaxes at the end of the day with a good book or an episode of Gossip Girl. 📖
When she goes to the office, the alarm clock rings a little earlier, but she doesn’t want to miss the personal interaction with her colleagues. One thing is certain: flexibility in her job is essential for Zoé to get the most out of her varied day-to-day life!
