At least in the last Work Smart workshop!
Sonja Strohmer and Christian Hauser transformed the Work Smart Circle into a culture lab and experimented together with innovative minds to find out what ingredients are needed to (further) develop your own corporate culture.
Among them was our Head of HR Alisha Akii, who put the importance of communication under the microscope in a keynote speech 🔬. A few of the experiences she shared:
💬 Communication should not be thought of in departmental silos. There needs to be a uniform understanding of values for internal and external communication.
💬 Communication expertise is a relevant success factor.
💬 This expertise must be built up. This requires the will and the resources to be able to deal with concepts and mechanisms.
💬 Communication is evolving! If you stay on the ball, you can help shape the communication culture in a sustainable and positive way.
💡 Alisha’s conclusion: communication is not the result of corporate culture, but a key factor in shaping it.
