Anyone who has been following us for a while knows that we are not only passionate about pharma, but also about another topic: the work of the future.
👉 We believe that the world of work must adapt to the realities of people’s lives and not the other way round.
We established options such as working from home and flexible working hours early on in the company – but we wanted to go one step further.
In 2021, the time had come – we got down to business and started our transformation process. 🚀
Since then, we have:
💡 Restructured the company, divided up departments and created positions.
🧩 Developed a framework for self-determined work. Our departments are self-organised teams with individual creative freedom.
🤝 Sustainably democratised. Our management, department heads and employees discuss corporate strategy issues and work together on framework conditions for the company.
And even if the path to becoming a self-organised company is not always easy and takes time, we are proud of the progress we have made so far and continue to work towards our goal of positively changing the world of work. 💪
