What does trust mean to you? This question takes companies further!

Before Easter, our CEOs Sandra Hartbach and Mario Koller took part in the Transformation Camp organised by fifty1 and FHWien der WKW (University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication) and also held their own session on the topic of ‘Trust Culture’.

💡 Together with the participants, they discussed what it means for companies and managers when mistrust of others in society continues to increase. How can companies create trust?

They looked at the topic of trust culture from different angles and shared their experiences as CEOs. 💬

Sandra emphasises: ‘Everyone has a different definition of trust. Before we can build trust, we need to develop an understanding of what trust means for each individual. Only then can we take steps.’

👉 This shows once again that open communication and mutual understanding are the cornerstones of trust culture in a company.
