Kerstin is enthusiastic about many things and quickly learns how to deal with new challenges. After completing her training, she made it her mission to provide competent support to others and has repeatedly taken on her own areas of responsibility and projects. As a versatile all-rounder, she has been supporting DREHM with great dedication as an office manager since August 2024.
Individualized packing lists for every type of trip, step-by-step instructions for various work areas, or meticulous vacation planning—Kerstin manages to bring structure and efficiency to any chaos.
She is usually the first face to greet guests and employees at the reception desk, always has an open ear, and helps with all kinds of problems.
When Kerstin isn’t traveling the world or relaxing in a spa with a good book, she expresses her creativity through crocheting, crafting, or making jewelry. Kerstin is particularly fond of Halloween and amusement parks like Disneyland, and as a trained makeup artist, she always has the perfect look ready.
