The Process Optimization Maestra
Born in Vienna in the 80s, Nora worked in the pharmaceutical industry for ten years after studying biotechnology and gained valuable experience. But adventure called, and so she moved to Abu Dhabi in 2018, where she not only enjoyed the sun and good food, but also experienced the variety of cultures and the importance of diversity first-hand.
Back in Austria, she joined DREHM in September 2023, where she has been Head of Business Operations (BOD) since March 2024. Now, as a mum of 2 children, she juggles project and process management, accounting and administration as well as family life.
In her free time, she recharges her batteries with Muay Thai, seeks inner peace with Yoga and Pilates and enjoys getting lost in nature while hiking. Her friends are particularly important to her and ensure that her life always remains in balance.
