The power of silence

Our employee , Natascha Gansinger, fills many roles at DREHM. She is Regulatory Affairs Manager, Information Officer, DJane in our broadcast team and is actively involved in various social events in the company.

At first glance, you probably wouldn’t think that Natasha is an introvert. And this is where the wrong picture comes in.

❌ Introversion is often equated with shyness. The silence of introverted people overlooked or misunderstood. But it is precisely in this tranquility that lie many unrecognized strengths.

Especially in a company where many different personalities come together, introverted employees often take a back seat and are forgotten.

👉 As leaders and colleagues, we must strive to consider different personalities and understand where each individual’s needs, strengths and weaknesses lie. In this way, we promote individual development and, ultimately, joint success.

It’s good that we have an introversion expert in the house who will help us with this. 💪

Natascha has been dealing with this topic for years and will show us in an internal workshop:

💡 What introversion means and how to distinguish it from shyness

💡 The needs and strengths of introverted people

💡 And how to promote them in companies

We are happy to learn more about the introverted path to success – because our strength lies in the diversity of our personalities! 💙

Want to learn more about introversion in the workplace? Then we have good news – the workshop is also available for external interested parties on 25.11. in the AkaDREHMie. 😊 The link to the event: https://www.drehm-ci.at/b/courses/introversion-arbeitswelt/
