  • Garage parking space (2 available): € 25 per day
  • Printer usage (total 2):

  • Catering can be arranged as required.

Bookable times:

Monday – Friday, 07:00 to 20:00
Weekend bookings are possible; surcharge € 50 per day

Barrier-free access possible, all Sharp monitors are electronically adjustable in height
2 elevators in the house
Public transport: U4 Schönbrunn, 5 minute walk
Parking facilities:
2 garage parking spaces optionally bookable (see above)

Other:

Lead time for bookings: at least 10 working days in advance.
Cancellation policy:
Up to the 3rd working day before the booking date: free of charge;
Cancellation 1-3 days before the date of booking: 80% of the respective agreed price;
Cancellation on the day of booking: 100% of the agreed price.
Privacy, Data Protection and Compliance:
Our meeting spaces are a safe space. In general, the Chatham House Rule applies in our facilities. In addition, a privacy and compliance agreement is concluded. All prices are exclusive of 20% VAT
