As an office manager, Beate is the reliable point of contact for customers and employees and is therefore found in the office most of the time. Her day starts at 6:30. Even if Beate is already energetic in the morning, she does not like to miss her morning coffee. ☕️ Before going to the office, she prepares her son for school and does some housework.
For Beate, it is important to arrive at the office calmly before she starts work. She first prepares her workplace and makes herself a cup of coffee and tea. What is not to be missed is her daily welcome round – so she knows immediately who is there and spreads her positive energy among her colleagues as well. 😊
Beate shares the administrative tasks with three other employees – her specialty is accounting. In the world of numbers and finance, she feels comfortable and always keeps an overview. 🔍 Even in the office she has an eye on everything and is always there for colleagues and customers with her helpful manner.
The common lunch and the exchange with colleagues are her social food and make the day even better. The afternoon is usually quieter and before she goes home at 15:00, she makes one final round to say goodbye to everyone. She devotes the rest of the day to her family and her love for music. She prefers to make music with her son – together they let the most beautiful melodies sound. 🎻
She works from home once a week. There she can concentrate better, but she still enjoys being in the office!
