In everyday working life, one often notices small positive things about colleagues that are not pronounced or that one takes for granted over time.
But it is precisely this appreciation that we must express more often.
For this reason, we asked all employees to write down what they value about their colleagues. We collected these anonymous kudos and hung them up in our café.
The result are three bulletin boards full of appreciative messages 💌 and that’s not even all of them!
It’s nice to see how many things we value about each other – be it the dedication to ones profession, the sense of humour or the great taste in music. And what a positive effect small nice messages can have. 🥰
That’s why we definitely want to continue with the kudos and are working on a digital solution so that even employees who are not often in the office can participate in it.
